2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

VisaReady does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers of the respective member states. Our guidance is based on publicly available data and best practices. Individual circumstances vary.

3. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are one-time payments. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, email support@visaready.eu with your order ID.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use VisaReady only for legitimate visa application purposes. You may not use our AI tools to create fraudulent documents or misrepresent information to consulates. Any such use is a violation of these terms and may be illegal.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep our data accurate and up to date. However, visa requirements change frequently. Always verify requirements with the relevant consulate before submitting your application. We are not liable for decisions made based on our information.

6. Intellectual Property

The VisaReady platform, including its database, algorithms, and AI prompts, is proprietary. Cover letters and checklists generated for your use belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisaReady's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for visa rejections, missed travel dates, or other consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts.
